Do you accept cancellations?

Yes, I accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. Please send me a message during that time frame and I will cancel your order as soon as possible.

 

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Please take in consideration that we are still a small business. In these tough times, because of sanitary reasons, we can’t take returns or exchanges, so look at the size chart carefully before ordering. If there is something wrong with your order though, please send an email with your order #, name and picture proof to sabrina@melodicmerchandise.com

Custom and personalized orders

I love making custom orders! Please be aware that since they may take more time (and money!) to make, prices may vary from what you see on my page. Please contact me for an estimate, and I'd love to make it happen! Personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Sizing details

If you would like to have an item in an other size, 99% of the time I can make it happen! Please message me for a custom size and I will give you a price estimate.


For sizing information on a specific product (like a sweatshirt or a crewneck), I normally include a picture in the listing.

How long will my item take to ship?

A normal order normally takes five to seven business days to ship, but when the number of orders are high, it might take longer (up to 10-15 business days). Orders are normally processed according to the date of purchase. Customized orders and preorders may take a little bit longer. If the item is a preorder, the processing time will be shown in the listing.

 

What happens if the postal service can't deliver my package?

For various reasons, such as a wrong address or an address that has been changed, the postal service sometimes can't deliver the package. Unfortunately, that is the buyer's responsibility, so please double check the address entered. If the item gets back to me, I will issue a refund minus the shipping and processing fee of 5$ CAD. I can assure you I'll do everything in my power, if the package is sent to the wrong address, for you to get it (intercepting delivery, etc.). 

 

How long does lipgloss last?

The shelf live of my lipglosses is one year (but as long as it is kept in good conditions, it can last even longer!). The batch codes (when the lipglosses were made) are on the bottom of the lipgloss. Here are the batch code dates:

Batch 1: Nov 9th, 2019

Batch 2: Nov 15th, 2019
